1. 2 pieces of 4x4 papers
2. 2 word stickers
3. 6 flowers
4. 6 brads
5. 12 in ribbon
6. Hole punch



1. Tear the 4x4 piece of paper to make the diagonal edge.

2. Punch a hole in the top of the tag.

3. Tie the ribbon through the hole.

4. Attach the word sticker.

5. To the right side of the sticker attach the 3 flowers with brads.
