A burger made with sausage and ground beef is perfect for Father’s Day, or any day.
Sausage mixed with ground beef gives burgers a whole new flavor.
1 pound original sausage roll
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 teaspoon ground pepper
8 hamburger buns
Toppings and condiments of choice
In large bowl, combine sausage roll, ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan and pepper; mix well. Form into 8 patties.
Over medium heat on a grill, cook burgers until done, about 10 to 15 minutes, turning once. Serve on buns with favorite toppings and condiments. Yields 8 servings.
