Best Pecan Pie Recipe
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups pecans
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Stir together eggs, syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until well-blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into shell and bake at 350°F. for 50-55 minutes, or until tests done. Cool on wire rack. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
