Ice Cream Dessert Recipe
60 Town House/Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/4 lb. butter, melted
2 quarts French Vanilla Ice Cream
1 pt. lime sherbet
1/2 cup crème de menthe
1 large (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
Mix crackers and melted butter. Spread in a 9×13 pan. Blend softened ice cream, sherbet, Cool Whip and crème de menthe together.
Pour over crumb mixture and freeze. Garnish with mini chocolate chips. Cut in squares before serving.
