2 pounds farm-fresh ground sausage
1 pound grass-fed ground beef
16 slider buns or mini sandwich rolls, sliced
In large bowl, combine sausage and beef. Using your hands, blend together until thoroughly combined. Form into 16 small balls, then press each into a patty.
Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry 4 or 5 sliders at a time, cooking for about 3 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reads 160°F. Repeat with remaining patties.
Place cooked patties on buns, and serve with an assortment of condiments. Yields 16 sliders
