Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup cooked, chopped ham
- 1⁄4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons shortening, cold
- 3⁄4 cup milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.Sift flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Whisk to blend. Stir in ham and cheese.With a pastry blender, cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
