Orange Julius Smoothie Recipe

This simple brunch recipe for a citrus smoothie combines fresh oranges, ice, vanilla extract, and your choice of regular milk, soy milk, almond milk, or coconut milk.

This smoothie goes great with a Lemon Cake.


• 4 oranges, peeled and pulled apart into segments

• 2 cups cracked ice

• 1/3 cup milk

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1) Combine oranges, ice, milk, and vanilla extract in blender container.

2) Cover, and blend until smooth.

Note: If desired, regular milk can be replaced with soy, almond, or coconut milk.
