This recipe originally ran in the January 2006 edition of Capper's Farmer.
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 can (4.5 ounces) mushroom pieces, drained
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 rib celery, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Place mixture in a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
