Don’t let a busy schedule put a damper on dinner plans. Bring the family to the table with this delicious meal.

Sausage and Mushroom Calzones

1 pound Italian sausage roll
1 loaf (1 pound) frozen bread dough, thawed
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 jar (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained, or 4 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease baking sheet; set aside.

In large skillet, cook and crumble sausage until brown. Drain and set aside to cool.
