Nana grew up in town but managed to live a life full of farm & ranch experiences thanks to family friends and involvement in 4-H and FFA. Although she’s lived in towns most of her life, she’s almost always had chickens and occasionally rabbits and some kind of hoofed critter. When Nana moved to rural property in 2012, it was as if she was finally home. But rural life has its challenges, as Nana was quick to learn. Predators, weather, stray dogs, and other trials have plagued her since she took the full-time country living challenge. There have also been great rewards and blessings.
