If you know anyone who enjoys showing off their kids, grandkids or pets, a bragging board is a great gift.

Find a thin piece of board and sand it to rough it up a little, then apply stain or paint, and let it dry.

Add large stickers or rub-ons to spell out a saying of your choice. Or, if you have a die-cutting machine, make your own letters on cardstock, and then glue them to the board with a thin layer of découpage, and allow the letters to dry. Once all the letters have been glued down, give the whole board a thin coat of découpage to seal everything. Let it dry completely.

Using a hot glue gun or wood glue, attach small clothespins — which you’ve either decorated with scrapbook embellishments or bought already decorated — to the bottom. Now attach hardware to back of the board so you can hang it on the wall.
