2 / 2
Yields 3-1/2 ounces SERVINGS

  • 1/2 fresh avocado
  • 1 teaspoon pure honey

  • Place the avocado in a small bowl, and mash well. (You should have about 1/3 cup.)
  • Add the honey, and mix until smooth and creamy. To Use: Massage the mixture into your face and neck. Gently wipe off excess with a tissue. Let sit for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.Note: For extra-dry skin, leave the mask on overnight. To avoid ruining good bed linens, use an old pillowcase, or cover yours with a light cotton towel. Store any leftover mask in the refrigerator. To keep the mask from darkening in color, store the avocado pit inside the container, and cover tightly with plastic wrap. For more homemade skin care, see:Natural Beauty from the Garden
