• 1 cup warm water
• 2 tablespoons dry yeast
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4-1/2 cups flour
1. In a large bowl, combine water and yeast. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in butter, sugar, eggs and salt. Beat in flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition, until dough comes together in a ball.
2. Place dough in a large, greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for up to four days.
3. When ready to make rolls, pinch off pieces of chilled dough and shape into rolls. Place in a greased baking dish, and let rise until doubled in size.

5. Bake rolls for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
