    Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 can (4.5 ounces) mushroom pieces, drained
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 rib celery, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

Directions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Place mixture in a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
