Master Mix Cookie Dough Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 cups all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 cups shortening
Directions:
- Combine the first five ingredients.
- Cut shortening in with a pastry cutter until dough resembles crumbles.
Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 10 weeks. Makes approximately 15 cups.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 3 cups master mix cookie dough
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine the first four ingredients.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
- Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
- 3 cups master mix cookie dough
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
Directions:
- Combine the first four ingredients.
- Add in oatmeal, mixing well.
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
- 3 cups master mix cookie dough
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Directions:
- Combine the first four ingredients.
- Add in peanut butter and mix well.
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
- Flatten with a fork.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
