Parmesan Crusted Fish Recipe
Yields 6 to 8 servings
4 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 pounds fish fillets
2/3 cup mayonnaise
In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; mix well.
Brush each fillet with mayonnaise. Roll in bread crumb mixture.
Place fillets in baking dish and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes, or until fish is lightly browned and flakes easily when tested with fork.
