Jellied Cranberry Sauce Recipe

This easy recipe for cranberry sauce has only three simple ingredients.

Go beyond the usual canned cranberry sauce this Thanksgiving with this recipe using fresh ingredients.

Ingredients:

• 4 cups cranberries
• 1 cup water
• 2 cups sugar

Instructions:

1. Put cranberries through a food chopper, chopping as coarsely or finely as desired.

2. Transfer cranberries to a saucepan, and add water. Bring to a boil. Cook for 6 minutes, starting the timer as soon as they begin to boil. Stir in sugar, and boil for 3 more minutes.

3. Turn mixture into a serving bowl. Refrigerate until set and chilled.
