1-2 cups freshly picked raspberries
1 cup spinach
1 banana, peeled
1 apple, chopped
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup ice cubes
Blend all ingredients in a blender until the ice has been crushed to a desirable consistency. Decorate with raspberry flowers. Serves 1-2
