Hearty Cheddar Broccoli Soup
8 cups water
1 package (11 ounces) Shore Lunch Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix
1 pound ready-to-eat ham steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 2 cups)
1 can (14.75 ounces) cream-style corn
1 container (6 ounces) French-fried onion rings
In soup pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Whis in soup mix, ham and corn. Return to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve topped with a generous helping of onion rings.
