Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 quart salsa
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef in batches, and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and transfer to a slow cooker.
