Watermelon Cilantro Salsa Tropical Recipe

It’s the perfect topping for grilled fish or chicken or the classic chip!

Yield: 4 cups

A combination of fresh fruit makes a tasty summer salsa.


  • 2 cups chopped seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • Juice from 4 fresh limes
  • 1 cup trimmed, chopped scallions
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss together all ingredients; season with salt and pepper just before serving.
