Snickerdoodles Recipe

Bake these cookies and enjoy with a big, cold glass of milk.

  • 6 dozen cookies



  • 2 pouches (17.5 oz. each) prepared sugar cookie mix
  • 2/3 cup butter OR margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon


  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, flour and eggs until a soft dough forms.
  • Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Mix sugar and cinnamon.
  • Roll balls in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  • Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 11 to 12 minutes, or until set.
  • Cool for 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheets. If desired, roll warm cookies in additional sugar-cinnamon mixture.
