Quick Raspberry Sauce Recipe

This sauce also works great on top of pancakes in place of maple syrup for a little something different or spread on a warm biscuit.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (12 oz. each) frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; mix until smooth.
